Happy Wednesday, Pie Lovers!

We have so many treats rolling out of the kitchen this week!

In the previous weeks we have shared the devastating news about the catastrophic loss of local tree fruit crops, and how that will impact us at Nomadic Pies. As promised, we are churning out all kinds of new and exciting menu items to keep your sweet tooth satisfied and to keep you coming back all summer!

This week's exciting additions:

New ice cream sandwiches! Mary and Beatrice were at it again yesterday and they did not disappoint. We have homemade roasted rhubarb ice cream, and we've sandwiched it between homemade sugar cookies. Holy Moly! You do not want to miss these babies. Come see us before we eat them all!

House-made granola
You can thank my sweet Noah for this menu addition! We are excited to now offer house-made granola. This week we have Cranberry-Pecan waiting for you, with more to come this weekend!

This is the last week for Asparagus quiche. Get one before it's gone! Rhubarb is still plentiful and this week's menu is loaded with your favorites.
We secured more local strawberries and they are positively mouth-watering. This week's menu is loaded with sweet treats featuring these sweet and juicy beauties.

Vegetable Tagine, Chicken Pot Pie, and Elote Hand Pies are rounding out this weekend's savory offerings. We will have some other delicious hand pies coming your way throughout the week as well.

The Pie Queens are at it again! Roasted Rhubarb Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches 🤩🤩🤩

Homemade vanilla ice cream (made with local dairy from our friends at Bailys), with roasted rhubarb swirled throughout, and sandwiched between chewy sugar cookies. 🤪

Come by the shop and try some of our new goodies! We are also well stocked with our new homemade Cranberry-Pecan Granola.
