Oh Bromont, the highs and lows! After a fantastic start to the weekend, It came to a dramatic end with a tumble off Ori on course. I jumped into a combination and couldn’t make up my mind to save my life, and my poor horse gave his best to solve the problem but his solution sent me flying 😂. Take away…there is only one member of the team who gets to walk the course, and it’s me, so I better be ready to lead the way next time.

There were many great moments that redeemed the weekend with Ryan winning the 4 and 3 star and Annabelle and Grandma Jaq who kept everyone smiling. (A huge thank you goes to Grandma Jaq who went WAY above and beyond this weekend)

After a trip home that involved delayed flights, canceled flights, rental cars, and driving home through the night…I am reminded that this sport is soooooo hard and that’s why we have the privilege of spending our whole life trying to get it right.

KHH Cooley (owned by Steve & Sue Berkowitz and Debby Greenspan) danced to a 28.3 in the CCI3* this morning and just added 1 pole to sit in 8th ahead of XC tomorrow morning 💃
