A themed cake doesn't have to be overcomplicated to make an impact.

This 6" Moana cake used a handful of thoughtful details—edible flowers, seashells, tropical leaves, graham cracker "sand," and a custom topper—to tell the story without overwhelming the design.

Inside was classic vanilla cake made with cake flour for a soft, light texture. Because the inside of the cake should be just as memorable as the outside.

The best lemon dessert at the market this Saturday is not a cake.

It’s our Lemon Blueberry Poppyseed Trifle.

Layers of lemon poppyseed loaf, lemon pastry cream, whipped cream, blueberry compote, and graham cracker crumble.

It’s bright, creamy, a little tart, and easy to walk around with while you shop the market.

We’ll have these at the Acworth Farmers Market this Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM.

Quantities are limited, so come early if this is the one you want.
