Ingredients:
1 ½ cups water
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cloves
2 tsp nutmeg
6 cinnamon sticks
4 tbsp pumpkin puree
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Simmer 10 minutes.
Strain through a sieve into a bowl. Place in airtight container. Keeps up to 7 days in fridge.
