Wells Baked Goods Baked Goods, Baked Well, by Bethany Wells Hi! I'm Bethany, and I love to bake. Hence, the at-home bakery!

I've been baking since I was a kid and started selling cakes in the Fall of 2020. Since then, I've also sold cookies, cupcakes, breads, petite fours, scones, pies, muffins, you name it. I love getting custom orders, and seeing my clients' eyes light up when they see it! I only sell shelf-stable products, in compliance with the MI Cottage Foods Laws. I have a certificate of completion in MI Cottage

Foods from Michigan State University, and take food safety seriously. I'm fairly flexible, but am a mother of little ones, and have another job, so please be patient if I do not answer a message or see a comment right away!

Good morning! School is almost done, but before that, my kiddo gets to celebrate their birthday with classmates! They asked for Vanilla Cupcakes decorated like Minecraft Creepers, but they knew a few kids in class had allergies. After reaching out to the teacher, I also made some non-dairy Peanut Butter Cookies!
These days go by so quickly. I hope my kids are soaking it in and enjoying themselves as much as possible. 🧡

When you have a bag of Macintosh apples starting to go bad, it's time for Apple Cobbler. Macintosh apples break down very easily when baked, making them awful for pies, but great for cakes and cobblers! They also don't have a lot of flavor, so the Brown Sugar and Cinnamon really sing.
Also, I was going to freeze this pan for another time, but my people decided otherwise!

P.S. My favorite baking apple is Granny Smith. Always.

An order placed Friday afternoon for Sunday afternoon- Chocolate Cake with an astronomy theme!
I fit 5 constellations on this cake- can you spot them all? 🌟 I listed them in the photos.
I love doing space or water cakes because of the color palette and swirling, it's just too fun. I've told people before, I'm only artistic with buttercream. Can't draw, can hardly paint, but give me piping tips and an offset spatula any day!
