Good morning on the chilly Saturday. This will be our last time attending the Texas Township Farmers' Market and Kalamazoo Farmers Market Bread and pastries do not do well in the cold and we want you to enjoy their great flavors when you get home. Good Friday morning on this rainy day. We have an amazing croissant tart available today and tomorrow at the bakery, Texas Township Farmers' Market and also Kalamazoo Farmers Market It’s a buttermilk croissant with a layer of crispies, a fig leaf soaked sponge, fig leaf custard, white coveture cremeux and finally, our bakery grown edible flowers. It tastes so good and is truly a labor of love.

Good morning from the bakery, it’s only Thursday and I’m ready for this week to be over! Anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Happy to have JP and Ben available to fix stuff. On a lighter note, we will have an amazing croissant available tomorrow and Saturday, here’s a hint, it contains fig leaf from our bakery garden. Stop in Friday and Saturday. We will be Kalamazoo Farmers Market and Texas Township Farmers' Market on Saturday for the final market of our season. The bread and pastries do not like the cold weather and they tend to stale really fast in the cold, we want you to enjoy them at their best and really love seeing all of you at the bakery at the weekend. All our special pastries, breads and baguettes are available on Friday and Saturday.

Good morning, we are trying shortbread fingers again, this time we have calendula and borage petals in the shortbread biscuit as a trail run. I know it’s a bit late in the season but I plan on sowing a lot of seeds if it tastes good. We have all our bread and pastries available in our case today and would love to see you.
