P.s. A big thank you to everyone reaching out lately! If you are looking to get something sweet to celebrate life big or small I am more than happy to help you out. Life is moving differently for me lately and in order to make sure I can help I will need at least 2 weeks notice moving forward. Again the biggest of thank yous to everyone supporting me now or in the past, you have made it all possible for me to play in the kitchen and continue with a creative outlet that is so fun and ever challenging!

Finn cakes (from Adventure Time) for a lovely humans birthday yesterday! These Finns were cardamom cake filled with lemon curd. Another dozen (not pictured) were chocolate filled with salted caramel. 😋 ✌️❤️🧁

On this cold and rainy December day let me present to you meatloaf cake take 2! This had a layer of meatloaf and a layer of cornbread with smoked cheddar mashed potatoes for filling and frosting. Sprinkles were bacon, charcoal salt, dehydrated green onion, dehydrated kale, and crispy fried onion.

Throwback to last year and a wonderful reminder to have fun in all you do! Dinner one night (and leftovers all week) for me and my lovely partner was a meatloaf and cornbread cake with purple sweet potato frosting topped with dehydrated egg yolk, dehydrated green onion, and charcoal salt for sprinkles. Yes it was tasty but, I would recommend yellow or red potatoes for flavor although the purple was gorgeous.

Here is to a delicious and beautiful Thanksgiving this week to you all! May your celebrations be full of love and much to be thankful for!

I hope everyone had a spooky and delicious Halloween this year! I am looking forward to all the treats this time of year holds and what sort of fun I can get up to as cake.stateofmind as we continue on into this busiest of holiday seasons.
