Fabulous day at the market yesterday. You sold out the sourdough in the first hour!

As a home baker I am limited by my standard kitchen oven. Working on getting a second oven so hopefully will be able to double my output in the next few months.

Thank you for your amazing support. I have sold out of bread all but one of our Saturday markets this summer. I want to thank Linda for filling in with me at the market as Kim takes some vaca time.

I will be at the market every Saturday during our season that runs into November. See you next Saturday!

One of our great Jamestown Farmers Market vendors. Every week brings amazing vegetables to our Saturday Market.

How many tractors have I been running almost daily working on getting beds prepped for fall?

The last few days I've been prepping a large section of field for next year, a little less than an acre. Here I have a large load of mostly broken down compost I'm loading up to spread, using my ancient cobbled together manure spreader.

I had to plow, then disk it smooth. Now I'm spreading manure. Then I'll spread the cover crop seed and disk it in! Between that I prepped and planted the spring beds into cover crops and made some new beds for fall planting.

There are seeds to start, onions to harvest and hang and cure. Crops to harvest tomorrow for Saturdays farmers market at the Jamestown Farmers Market 9-1

Looks like we will have lots of onions and cherry tomatoes!!! I haven't pulled the row covers yet but I can see lots of greens, so we will have salad mixes back this week!!

Plenty of FREE parking. Street parking is free in Jamestown on Saturday and Sunday. Parking in the Ramp on Spring and 3rd Street is also free on Saturday.

We have Dahlast Coffee serving/selling great coffee and coldbrew at the market. You can also get breakfast at The Labrynth (4th and Pine) , Liscandros (Manin and Second Street) or Crown Roast (3rd St.& Cherry St.). A perfect Saturday Morning.

A beautiful and busy August 1st Saturday at the Jamestown Farmers Market. The chalk board says it all! Thank you for all your support.

We work to bring bread and baked goods that are good food and healthy food. As a society our baked goods are very processed and not as healthy as they should be. We strive to bring you food that's fun, tasty and good to eat.
