Working on some Fun Things for Pride this weekend!
Fresh Strawberry pie, Sugar Cookies, & Shortcake, Macarons, and Cupcakes, Cream Puffs, and Rainbowy Everything!

It’s another great week for French Macarons, and now & then, something begs to be materialized, such as these “PAC-MAN” macs below, (which were a blast to bring to life), and I thought maybe I’d do something fun with them/ the theme this weekend.

✨✨If you come into the store this…
*Friday, June 5th, (1pm-5pm)
or
*Saturday, June 6th, (11am-4pm)
And purchase an 8 count box of macs or more, you’ll be entered into a drawing for the full set of the PAC-Man macs, (which can be picked up next Saturday, June 13th), and I will announce the winner each night, (both Friday and Saturday, so 2 chances to win!)

🌷Friday I’ll be serving Cupcakes, & Macarons.
☀️Saturday I’ll add Sugar Cookies and Cream puffs to the mix.

🌈⭐️And…next Saturday, June 13th, I will be serving Bubble Drinks with Rainbow Bubbles, with your choice of several Lemonades, Limeades, and/ or Home brewed Iced Tea!)

The Moon is full and although I admit, I do use the word “magic” a lot,
Something truly extraordinary went on in this kitchen last night.

It was a night of pure, smooth momentum.
I RAGED, for 15 hours straight, every step seamless, frostings- perfection, fillings on point, even the colors seemed more fluid and vibrant. It all started with this iridescent disco dust I finally found, for the cotton candies, and then everything was an art project from there!
400+ shells, and I think I only lost 2?, I feel I’ve crossed over the line of fascination, to obsession.
These are comparable to Bridal style!

****Please, bring cash payments today. It saves us both $, as I have to charge a processing fee now, so this is much appreciated!!!

Now … I will ice as many cookies as possible before opening. I can’t promise many will be done, so, if
that was your goal item for today, please order for pick up for next week?! (I will include an extra). ♥️
I will be open a few days and be focusing more on cupcakes and cookies then.
Today is all about the art of the macaron, some glazed brownies, Cream Puffs, and Eclairs.

This Saturday, May 30th, I will be running another “Bubble Drink Fundraiser”, of sorts.
As my wish is to not only be able to set up all that is needed for a Rainbow of bubble drinks, but to also make some improvements, and possibly apply for an outdoor seating permit, (which also means more days open, more hours running, & more hands needed to bring this to fruition).
So, this weekend I will be offering the favorite Macaron styles, Cupcakes, & Ice Cream Cone Sugar Cookies, and the goal is to sell out!

*please note, Bubbles will not be served as of yet. This is the kind of day needed to be able to order and set up everything needed, so that I CAN!
So consider visiting me this Saturday, if this is important to you or your littles, loved ones, or friends:)

If you’d like to help, but won’t be able to visit on Saturday, you can order a dozen macarons for pick up Next week, Tuesday through Thursday:)

One Dozen Macarons for preorder are $32, they are larger in size, and include…
Raspberry, Strawberry, Key Lime Pie, Pistachio, Lemon, Orange Dreamcicle, Cotton Candy, Cookie Dough, and more!
And due to popular demand, the “Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Butter” Macs will also be back.

I have 40+ dozen items on order this weekend, and I really did try to balance my time to be able to open the storefront this afternoon, but unfortunately, it is just an impossibility.
There is a chance tomorrow may be different, so I will keep you posted!
But if not, please have a safe, relaxing Memorial Day weekend. Hoping the sun will return and it will feel like Spring again soon~
