This is a flexible, as-needed position, so we’re looking for someone whose availability can vary from week to week and who may occasionally be able to help cover an extra shift. Weekend availability is especially important!

One of our MOST requested items has been a gluten-friendly sourdough… so we’re officially giving it a go! 🍞✨

Meet Sally…. our brand-new gluten-friendly sourdough starter. She’s bubbling away and hopefully on her way to becoming some pretty amazing loaves. 🤞🏼💕

And Sally isn’t the only thing we’re working on! We’re hoping to add a few more gluten-friendly goodies to the bakery too.

Thank you soooo much for making our very first week at the new store so incredibly special. We have been completely blown away by your sweet comments, excitement, support, and all the love you’ve shown us.

Let’s talk sourdough. 🥖🎀

If you’re newer to real, artisan sourdough, there are a few things that make it a little different from the bread you find at the grocery store 💗

And something else we love? Sourdough freezes beautifully! ❄️ Freezing helps lock in freshness + flavor, reduces food waste, and research suggests that freezing and reheating bread may even help reduce its blood-sugar impact.

Enjoy it fresh, toast it as the days go by, or slice and freeze some for later. ✨
