Southern Oregon Sourdough, LLC Thank you for ordering my sourdough breads. I bake with a healthy and flavorful sourdough starter that I raised myself. I am so happy to share it with you!

Home made, hand crafted sourdough bread made with my own starter. 50% whole wheat and 50% white mix. I usually fermented for 48 hours. I bake fresh bread as my customers request. Freshly baked just before customer’s pick up time. (I also sell it at Jville Farmers Market on Sunday.) Each Loaf of Sourdough Bread is made of

- Unbleached Flour
- Whole Wheat
- Filtered Water
- Himal

**No Commercial Yeast, No Preservative ingredients, No Sugar added, All Natural. I bake from my clean, smoke free house. Plain Sourdough Bread $12
