Red Barn Bakery Cheddar jalapeño biscuits. Spicing up breakfast this morning. Cant wait for organic garden fresh jalapeños. Getting ready to put the plants in the ground today.

You, too can have ypur own cheddar jalapeño biscuits. Right now during our busy season with Happy Camper Cafe it is best to place an order 2 weeks in advance. Beth struggles with telling customers she's too busy to bake but the more time I have the better chance we have of meeting your needs.

If you want to try the biscuits and would like to pre-order we will be at the Grand River Farmers Market this coming Friday 6/5/26 9-2, the Grand River pavillion in Jackson, and the new location at the Armory on Saturday 6/6/26 from 9-2

Beth had some fun creating with frosting today. Red Barn Bakery was trusted with a last request for some "fancy" cupcakes for a special someone graduating. I cant do last minute orders these days and it totally breaks my heart to say no, but am outing for Happy Camper Cafe was pushed into June and the stars aligned and we could make this order happen. Im honored that we were asked. It means so much to us to be a part of such special memories.

Today has been a busy day!! Im so glad the rain held off until it could come and go and not cause issues.

Beth(me), or Red Barn Bakery made a treats to help celebrate 2 very special people starting their forever story together. What an honor to be trusted with a brides vision. Thank you to her family for helping make everything possible.

The pictures do not do this cake justice, it is a big one. Vanilla cake made with the best certified organic flours and topped with vanilla buttercream. The bride also picked 3 different flavors of cupcakes

Chocolate with chocolate espresso buttercream

Strawberry with strawberry buttercream

Hummingbird cupcakes with whipped cream cheese icing

Then we also made our Jumbo Chocolate chip cookies 🍪 these cookies are not for the faint of heart. They are the big.

The venue for the wedding was stunning and I snuck in like a mouse with some helpers and left our sweet touch:)

Red Barn Bakery Flowers are ready for the Grand River Farmers Market Ribbon cutting May 2nd at the 137 W. North St. These beautiful flowers are a mix of vanilla and chocolate cupcakes made with the most delicious certified organic flours and are topped with beautiful buttercream flowers.

Truth be told Beth wanted to make bouquets 💐 but our cupcakes are so fluffy that I was worried about it. We have opted for 6 counts of assorted cupcakes. Come early. I only have 4 of them available on Saturday. These cupcakes make a wonderful gift and can be custom ordered.

Happy Camper Cafe is thinking of doing something fun with some flowers on lattes. Yum!!!

Vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream flowers. Beth at Red Barn Bakery is getting ready for this Saturday. May 2nd at the Grand River Farmers Market , Ribbon cutting at the River to Rail event at 137 W North Street.

A flower bouquet for somwone special. We will have a few beautiful cupcake bouquets 💐 at the May 2nd opening day at the Grow Jackson Grand Rover Farmers Market River to Rail Ribbilon cutting at the new location at the Armory. We are very excited to be a part of something so awesome. Happy Camper Cafe is also excited to be there.
