This was a very busy week in the kitchen for me!

For those who don't know, I am currently a single person operation (as opposed to the larger staff we had in Ann Arbor!) so getting these big orders done by myself is a huge undertaking. For now, this works best for our family and our crazy schedule, but I'm not getting any younger!🙃

Fetch Market construction is is full swing here in downtown Brooklyn and it is SO exciting. My good friend chef Gretchen Moss is bringing her vast experience and culinary knowledge to bring you some seriously good eats.
I will be riding her coattails and bringing a pastry punch to the market, so get ready! It will be another couple of months but stay tuned for updates!

Listen up rhubarb fans! Our garden went crazy with rhubarb this year so I decided to make a very limited number of pretty pink pies🩷

Brown butter crust, tart roasted strawberry rhubarb filling, topped with strawberry vanilla bean whipped cream naturally colored with dragonfruit.
