Get to know our housemade syrups!

We make two Filipino-inspired syrups from scratch, and they go so well in EVERYTHING 🤤

💜 Brown Sugar Ube: think warm vanilla, cookie butter, nutty, earthy. Add it to your coffee, matcha, lattes, lemonade, cocktails, baking. We could keep going!
💚 Pandan Vanilla: sweet grassy vanilla, toasted hazelnut, coconut, buttered popcorn. Our crowd fave in matcha, but it hits in coffee and cocktails too!

Both are dairy-free, gluten-free, and soy-free. We make them with organic sugars and they are ready to pour straight into your drink with no blending and no fuss!

Mabuhay! It’s Philippine Independence Day 🇵🇭

Mabuhay means long live, welcome, cheers to life. Being Filipino-American is something we want to celebrate and represent well. Today, alongside the cookies, blondies, and drinks we love to share with Indy, we’re also making a donation toward two groups doing work on the ground for the thousands of families displaced by the earthquake that hit Mindanao a few days ago.

→ One Million Lights Philippines — a youth-led nonprofit that brings solar energy to off-grid and disaster-hit communities, tackling energy poverty at the root. One Million Lights PH
→ Bynum Faith Foundation — disaster relief, home rebuilding, and food distribution across the Philippines Bynum Faith Foundation

💛 Salamat Family Dinner

When you take a bite of your favorite Salamat Cookie, it feels special. Something about it feels just right—right so much so that it leads to a second bite. And that feeling—though just for a moment—comes from the all hard work, gratitude, and excitement our team pours into making Indy’s own Filipino-inspired cookies.

Celebrating 6 years around the sun, our team has grown, evolved, and at times shrunk to stick around—baking is definitely a labor a love. And with a new Salamat Era just around the corner, we’re happy to celebrate our amazing team, the support of their plus one’s (we don’t get anywhere alone 🫶), and such an amazing community as the wind in our sails.

Big shoutout to the .indy fam for not only hosting us and making space —but for also elevating our specialty treats and sharing that hospitality with their customers as well.
