It's time to say goodbye to this space.... not forever, just for now.
I started working on Petit Regal Bakery since Dec 2020, and I have always pushed forward for bigger and better things. This took a lot out of me both financially and health wise, I decided in December I needed to take a step back. I will still be attending my local Binford Farmers Market as I do every year, but that's all for now. Moving into a commercial space and doing wholesale was a wild adventure that I don't think I was ready for. Sometimes, you make that leap of faith, and things do grow fast, but other times, it sucks the life and joy out of you. I'm taking this time for my family and for me to rest and recover before my next big step. If you did visit me at Plaza Urbana, then I am incredibly grateful. Next time I branch out and I promise I will, it will be even bigger and better.
