Come find me this Saturday for a booth full of fresh, homemade goodies you won’t want to miss!

Even though the forecast is calling for possible rain, don’t let that stop you—just grab an umbrella and come stroll the market anyway. I’ll be there with lots of treats ready for you to take home (and hopefully not bring any back with me 😄).

This Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake turned out SO good 🤎

Made for a custom order ✨

Oreo crust + my homemade peanut butter cheesecake filling loaded with mini chocolate chips, topped with dark chocolate ganache and peanut butter cups.

(And yes — the cheesecake is completely homemade by me 😊 I just cleaned up the photo background a little so it looked prettier.)

This week’s menu has a lot of returning favorites from last week since so many items sold out fast — and because I didn’t get around to making everything I originally planned. So if you missed out last week, this is your second chance!

Here’s this week’s menu! I’m still baking and finishing everything up tonight, so while this is everything I’m hoping to have at the market tomorrow, I can’t guarantee every item will actually make it to the table by morning 😂

Two weeks in a row… SOLD OUT. 🐝💛

Idaho Falls, thank you so much for showing up and supporting not only The Baking Bee, but the entire community. The love and encouragement today honestly meant the world to me. I still can’t believe I didn’t have to lug home leftovers again this week!

I also want to say I’m truly sorry to those who stopped by looking for certain items that I just wasn’t able to make this week. I’m doing my best to keep up with demand, and I’ll definitely be working on bringing more favorites back next Saturday — so keep coming back and keep supporting local!

Every purchase, every kind word, every share, and every stop at a vendor booth helps more than you know. Our vendors appreciate this community so much, and we’re excited to keep making the market something special together.

I made an 8x8 carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for a customer order… and just so happened to end up with ONE extra pan! 👀

So I’ll be bringing it to the Idaho Falls Farmers Market tomorrow for $25.

✨ First come, first serve unless you pre-order it.
If you’d like me to set it aside for you, send me a message ASAP — pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee it before someone else grabs it at the market!
