The Blessed Baker I am a God loving, self taught teen baker with P.O.T.S. I'm a God loving, self taught baker with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). Air Force).

I'm currently in High School saving up for a service dog to help with my POTS symptoms in college. Every time you place an order or buy my baked goods, you help me get closer to my goal of being able to afford a properly and professionally trained service dog who can alert me of the need to sit down before I faint and apply what's called deep pressure therapy as well as provide security to enable independence. Thank you for your help and support. I love cake but I also love to bring smiles to people's faces with my baked treats. I started to explore baking while living in Germany (my Dad served in the U.S. My mom is Celiac and couldn't find good cakes or cookies that were Gluten Free so I learned how to make them for her. That has grown my love for baking. Having a goal to raise money for has grown my interest in business. My favorite thing to make is cupcakes. The biggest challenge with making them is not eating them all.
