MENU UPDATE 🥯🔥 You guys are so insatiable for the Slow Burn Chipotle-Cheddar bagel, we've officially added it to our regular menu! This smoky, spicy guy is 10/10 on a Q-Becco or BLT or simply some cream cheese and bacon. Come dress it up however you like, any day of the week, forever 😏

It took ten years of working at a computer to realize I didn't enjoy desk work. So I left the security of a real job to make bread. Not only is making something from scratch loads of fun, having someone say they like it is wonderful. My uncontrollable need to be praised makes sure my bread is only the highest quality. There is nothing like creating something you're proud of every day. Now I get to do that, and you guys get some great bread. It's a win-win.
