The philosophy of Elite BNI is built upon the idea of "Givers Gain®": By giving business to others, you will get business in return.

This is predicated on the age-old idea of "What goes around, comes around." Elite BNI meets every Wednesday morning at 7AM at Faulkner University in Hoover, AL. We want to provide a positive, supportive, yet structured format for the development and exchange of quality business referrals. If you've never been to a BNI meeting, join us to find out what it is all about. Our chapter alone passed more than one million dollars in business last year. More important were the friendships that were made while doing good quality business.

Unfortunately we did not have a fun Halloween costume competition at BNI Elite this morning. But this is certainly how it would have gone.

We did however have an excellent presentation by Ernie Jonseof with Green Valley Roofing. https://greenvalleyroofers.com/

We had a peaceful transition of power at BNI Elite this morning.

After an incredible year of growth, our outgoing leadership team handed things over in the traditional way: our past president Andy Gagliano knighted the new president Casey Bentley and passed along the Sacred Ring of Leadership.

The realm is secure. The referrals may continue.

We also had an excellent presentation and discussion on our chapter success plan.

Huge thanks to our outgoing team, and congratulations to the new one.
