When a school project turns into a full bakery production… and you didn’t even get a vote 😄

My granddaughter’s friend was assigned France and needed a food to bring to class. Somehow, Jillian volunteered me to make French macarons… no meeting, no discussion, just full confidence I’d say yes 🇫🇷

And of course I said yes. I can’t say no to Jillian. So of course I went all in—complete with hand-drawn Eiffel Towers on each one… because if we’re doing France, we’re doing it right 😉

Good thing this is what I love to do! Baking macarons for special occasions (even surprise school assignments 😄) might just be my favorite thing.
