These pastries are best enjoyed fresh! Pickup times are firm. I cannot guarantee a later pickup time, but I will do my best to accommodate if necessary. ds (minus the retainer) up to 2 weeks before the scheduled pickup. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your decorations/ingredients have likely already been ordered. But the good news - you get tasty treats! Delivery Clause. All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within 30 miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee. I love a good drive (bonus if that drive is past a coffee shop!). Pickup Dates and Times. Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. If there needs to be a change, don't hesitate to ask! But please give as much notice as possible. And don't forget to add the pickup time to your calendar! Running late and need to reschedule your pickup? I will accommodate another time as best that I can, but it will require a $15 fee. Change Cutoff. Decisions are tough! But I'm here to help. Order changes can be made until 2 weeks prior to pickup. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply. Inspiration. Thanks a ton for bringing those inspo pictures! They're just that - inspiring. But your cake/dessert may not be perfect replicas - I'llll try to keep it close. In a hurry? While I can't accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort too. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a rush fee. Price Adjustments. All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting bakes to my clients. This also means I can't honor old pricing (because the grocery stores won't honor their old flour prices - darn it). Product Photography. Say Cheese! I love capturing your custom bakes with photos! If you do not want your cake/dessert in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me. Copycats. Copyrighted images (think Star Wars and Peppa Pig) are protected, and I won't be able to replicate them on my baked goods (who wants cake controversy, right?). I can make a similar color palette though - so let's talk! Pictures are worth a thousand words. But they're not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also - cakes/desserts in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I'd frankly love to eat a 4in cupcake). I bake your desserts for the number of servings you've specified. It's All Yours Now. Once you pickup your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cakes, cupcakes, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep 'em safe, keep 'em cool, and keep 'em away from the parking lot cart returns. No Ghosts (I'm easily spooked). � To get your order juuust right, I'll need you to reply to my messages within 24 hours - otherwise, I may just have to wing it (I'm good at wiggin' it - just ask my eyeliner). In Sickness and in Health. While death will never do us part, you're consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including that bottle of wine last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities - albeit, hopefully far reaching. Pay means Yay. Once you've submitted (awesome) payment for your (awesome) order because you're awesome, you're accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because my desserts are awesome. Awesome.
