We've had a lot of growth this year, thanks to all of you! Some shifts are needed to keep up!

Wholesale deliveries will continue to be on Thursdays (for now):
-Libreria Bookstore
-Blue Bird Boutique
-Chilangos in Newton

But our retail deliveries will now happen on Fridays. This impacts the following locations:
-Copper Mill Mercantile Granite Falls - Antique & Artisans Market
-Hickory Antiques Mall - Official
-Radii 100
-The Rabbit Hole Gifts

Rain or Shine we will be at the Newton Farmers Market today from 4-7pm!

Donuts, cupcakes, breads, goodies and maybe a dash of rain!

Hey All!

We've got some scheduling updates for y'all as we approach the end of May and get into June.

Red Bird will be closed this Friday through Sunday; And again June 11th through 14th. All currently scheduled deliveries, pickups and appointments that have been made during those dates will, of course, be honored. We will not be at the Conover Farmer's Market during the above downtime but still go and spend with other vendors and farmers!

Our custom cake schedule is booked through June 17th; reach out to plan ahead for your events, parties and weddings the rest of the year! As we get closer to the fall we are needing 3-4 weeks notice, so claim your spot with us!

We’ve had one of the busiest—if not THE busiest week since we’ve been in business for nearly three years! Between retail and wholesale production, custom cakes, Newton Farmers Market opening day, The Strawberry Festival at WoodMill Winery, and THREE wedding cakes, this is one for the books!

We are so appreciative to all of you who continue to support our small business, show up for our pop-ups, buy our products from our local stores, and order our cakes! We can’t say thank you enough!

What's on your calendar?!

Red Bird has plenty of opportunities to fill your week with something sweet AND savory! Wednesday is our Sourdough bake day, so be sure to claim you loaf before we send it out the door!

Take a look at our schedule this week, which includes the Opening Day for the Newton Farmers Market--one that has been in the making since we tried it out last November! We are super excited to contribute to the growing Newton Community!

Saturday is a BIG day us! Unfortunately, we will not be at the Conover Farmer's Market that morning, but we will have our friend, Cassie, manning our tent at WoodMill Winery Strawberry festival! And while Cassie is serving up the goods, we will be delivering, not one....not two...but THREE wedding cakes!

Whew! I don't know about you, but this week is sure to keep us on our toes!

Also, shout out to y'all for grabbing our very first batch of donuts at the Conover Farmers Market! We are so excited to add them as a staple to our menu for future events! Thank you to everyone who voted in our poll and gave some feedback!
