I haven’t posted in a while between traveling a bit this summer, homeschooling, pregnancy with our little baby #5- Its been busy! I am still taking orders, but not as many as in the past. Every year for my husband’s birthday I make him whatever crazy indulgent cake concoction he dreams up. Usually he gets the second pic (chocolate cake bottom, cheesecake middle layer, chocolate mousse top layer all covered in chocolate ganache and mini chocolate chips). This year he was going for a German chocolate vibe. Hes coined this one “Big Daddy” ☠️🤣 chocolate cake bottom, cheesecake middle, German chocolate filling and mini chocolate chips. Not a huge coconut person but it is so soo good! He dreams it, I bring it to life😇😬
