We’re down to just:

We’re stocked up with fresh sourdough goodies and BAGELS!!! Stop by, grab your favorites, and enjoy a little homemade goodness! 🍁

🍞 A little sourdough care reminder!

With Wisconsin temperatures changing and our homes transitioning from air conditioning to heat, and the trailer being whatever is going on outside -we wanted to share a few tips to help keep your fresh sourdough delicious for as long as possible!

🥖 Keep it cool & dry: Store your bread in a breathable bread bag, bread box, or wrapped in a clean towel for short-term storage. Avoid warm, humid areas and direct sunlight. (Your passenger car seat all day long is not a good idea- rebag or open once home to avoid any moisture from trailer and outdoor temps fluctuating)

🥖 Avoid the refrigerator: Refrigerating sourdough actually causes it to go stale faster!

🥖 Freeze for freshness: If you won’t finish your loaf within a few days ( YES 2-3 days), slice it and pop it in the freezer! Toast slices straight from frozen whenever you’re ready.

🥖 Watch for moisture: Temperature fluctuations can create condensation inside packaging, which encourages mold growth. Make sure your bread stays dry, and never store it near a heat source.

Our sourdough is made fresh without commercial preservatives, so proper storage makes all the difference! 🤎

🥯 BAGELS, BAGELS & MORE BAGELS! We’re bringing SEVEN different flavors this weekend! From sweet Blueberry and Cinnamon Sugar to savory Maple Bacon, Jalapeño Cheddar, Everything, and more! Sold in packs of 4!

🍞 SOURDOUGH LOAVES — Keeping it classic with Traditional, plus our Cranberry Pepperjack for the perfect sweet and spicy combination!

🍎 SOMETHING SWEET — Sourdough Apple Cinnamon Rolls, homemade granola, cookies, Brown Butter Krispy Squares, and S’mores Puppy Chow!

🧈 We’ll also have a variety of whipped butters, jams, and bread knives to pair with your favorite loaves and bagels!

After a little break last weekend, The Copper Spoon is back and bringing ALL the cozy fall flavors to Twin Lakes Tap this weekend! 🤎

Hi Friends 👋

After two back to back weekends of chaos, I am heading back to the kitchen!!! 👩🏼‍🍳

From a beautiful fall wedding, to Ohio, to Wisconsin Dells for our big boys 4th Birthday- I am getting home, feeding sourdough & prepping for a beautiful fall weekend trailer! ✨🌾🍁🥖

I can’t wait to settle in, get things cozy at home, and prep/plan for the holiday season to come!

Unfortunately, I’ve made the decision to cancel the trailer this weekend. 🤎

REPEAT: NO TRAILER SALES THIS WEEKEND!!!!!

With such a short turnaround time to get everything baked, prepped, and ready, in between two back to back weekends out of town. I didn’t feel I could put out the quality or quantity I want to for you guys.

The good news — this weekend’s menu isn’t going anywhere! 🙌 I’ll be transferring the menu over to next weekend, so you’ll still have a chance to grab all the goodies you were looking forward to.

Thank you so much for understanding and for always supporting The Copper Spoon. 🥖🤎 Sometimes a little extra prep time makes all the difference, and I can’t wait to see you next weekend!

Fall Fest is almost here 🍂🥖 and I made a few little price adjustments to this weekend’s menu!

I really want more of you to get the chance to try some of my sourdough favorites, so you’ll notice a few lower prices on items like our Sourdough English muffins + seasonal flavored goodies. If you’ve been wanting to branch out from your normal loaf, this is your weekend. 🤎

And because we always need something to look forward to… I’m also sharing our Cranberry Fest menu for the following weekend! ❤️🍒 Two fun fall weekends, two special menus, and lots of fresh sourdough coming your way.
