Firehouse Bakery will be closed on Sunday 8/23 for a family function. We will resume our regular days and hours of operation next week. We don't often have the opportunity to spend the entire day with all of our grandchildren.

Once again everyone, we are forced to have to close for at least tomorrow. We have one baker that is still extremely ill and for myself, inflammatory arthritis has gotten the best of me. The podiatrist said that they have to break three toes on my left foot and pin them straight. I also have arthritis in my spine and both elbows, not a good combination for working 12 to 14 hours a day on hard floors. I will update as we try to figure this out. Hopefully this closure will only be a day or two.

Unfortunately we are closing for tomorrow Saturday 8/7. Both of our bakers are out sick with a virus. We hope to reopen on Sunday 8/8. We will update our page with our status. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Firehouse Bakery will be closed this Sunday 7-19-26. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. Our main air conditioner is down and we cannot effectively bake with a 94° to 97°ambient temperature.
