Reli's Bakery We are a licensed home bakery bringing you made-from-scratch baked goods from our oven to your table. Our hours are Friday, 8-5 and Saturday 8-3.

We are open every summer weekend on Friday and Saturday at 7541 N State Road 27, Hayward WI 54843.

Did you know we offer bread slicing upon request? Just ask, and we'll be happy to slice your bread so you get right to enjoying it when you get home!

Speaking of enjoying it, here's a recipe for a delightful sandwich using our sourdough sandwich bread.

Turkey Apple Panini
2 slices of sourdough bread
4 slices deli turkey
2 slices of bacon (precooked)
1-2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
Thinly sliced apple
Apple butter
Mayo
Butter

Butter one side of both slices of bread. Put apple butter on the opposite side of one slice and mayo on the other slice. Layer turkey, bacon, cheese and thinly sliced apple between the two and toast (buttered sides out) in a panini press or frying pan until golden brown!

Meet the Pumpkin Roll...a beautiful pumpkin cake roll; filled with a delicious browned butter, cream cheese layer! This sweet treat is classy enough to bring to any fall event from a coffee break to a dinner party!

⚠️ Please note that we will be closing at noon on Saturday to go out of town!

🚧The roadwork on Hwy 27 may mean only one lane of travel at times, but you should have access to our place all weekend!

Speaking of sourdough...did you know our sourdough doesn't contain any yeast? Most commercial sourdough breads, while marketed as sourdough, do also contain some yeast. We're happy to offer lovely loaves that are yeast free!

🚧 Road construction update: you will be able to take all normal routes from Stone Lake and Hayward. Highway 27 will remain open through the remainder of the road work.
