Ever since the oven upgrade, we’ve been in constant test-kitchen mode — trying fresh summer flavors, new ideas, and creative twists while still keeping those classic Back Alley flavors everyone loves.

Honestly… creating this summer menu has been SO much fun. ☀️🥪✨

Lots of tasting. Lots of experimenting. A few accidental masterpieces. 😅

Watch this space for finished versions in June, and plan on being a first taster during an exclusive flight night at Back Alley.

This grant is more than just funding; it’s an investment in our ability to grow, innovate,
