A little late, but we wanted to check in. ❤️
Our Hanapēpē bakery and warehouse is okay, our team is okay, and everyone’s homes made it through Hurricane Lowell safely. We’re incredibly grateful for that.
We know not everyone across Kaua‘i was as fortunate, and our thoughts are with the people, families, farms, and small businesses dealing with the aftermath.
We’re taking a breath, checking in with each other, and feeling very grateful to be part of this island community.

Behind every bag, bar, and box of Anahola Granola is a whole lot of work—and a whole lot of people who care about doing it right.
We’re proud to make our granola here on Kaua‘i, and even prouder of the hardworking folks who make it happen every day.
So today, we’re taking a moment to appreciate the people who show up, pitch in, make things happen, and keep our little corner of the island moving.

Salad, but with a unique kind of crunch. Swap your nuts, crackers, or croutons for a scoop of granola — trust us on this one. 😋 Arugula, berries, mango, a good vinaigrette, and whatever cheese you're feeling, we like feta or goat for this salad. Simple, fresh, healthy. Great for hot summer days!

Recipe for Two:
4 cups arugula
3/4 cup blueberries
3/4 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup mango, small dice
1/2 cup Anahola Granola (original or tropical)
1/3 cup feta or goat cheese, crumbled

Dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and/or pepper to taste (optional)
OR vinaigrette of choice
