Grand Rapids Cheesecake is still in business and operating at the same location as always. 2255 Alpine Ave, home of the Crumb Colective, where 6 bakers are making wonderful breads, pies, cheesecakes, waffle cones, cookies, cakes and cupcakes. This is what we have been working on all winter. Stop out tomorrow for our soft opening from 10am-6pm and say hello to our new bakers. We will have some samples while they last. Can’t wait to see all of you!!!

Sooooo, we have been doing lots of upgrades this winter as many of you have seen. There are some amazing changes coming to this location. First, there is a name change and this is to represent the new businesses and wonderful bakers that we will be sharing our space with. Second, these skilled bakers will have their delicious baked goods available for purchase. We are talking about cookies, breads, waffle cone chips and more!!! Third, we are partnering with some other local businesses and will be selling their products like ice creams, candies, jams and so much more. We are shooting for a grand opening mid May but will keep you up to date as we get closer. In the meantime you can still get our cheesecake as we are open normal hours.
