*Garlic scape and basil cream cheese, Green Wagon Farm heirlooms and basil, fresh garlic, balsamic drizzle, served open faced!

The Steak Egg n Cheese is leaving the menu at Chef Shack. We’re adding the BLT back to the menu & Gretch is also bringing her Salami Mami focaccia sandwich back!

We’re adding the Caprese back to the Fulton Street Market menu and making even more hot breakfast sandwiches!!!

We’ll have brown butter choco chip bar cookies & Toro Coffee will be with us like usual :)

We’re very aware that we haven’t done any fun bagels specials in a minute and we hope to change that next week. y’all just keep kicking our butts every weekend it’s tough to think about doing anything else!

& thank you everyone for such kind words about our 6 year bagel anniversary! We celebrated by grabbing happy hour burgers from our dear pals at Café Mamo ❤️‍🔥

One more thing:
The humidity got to the dough last week and let’s be real, the bagels didn’t look normal. We’re making changes to our dough making process for the summer to avoid deflated sad bagels.

Today marks 6 years of slinging bagels for our little community 🥹 from dropping off bagels on our friends doorsteps during the pandemic to making 600+ bagels & hundreds of breakfast sandwiches every weekend. Kev’s been making all the bagels since day 1 & still does. If you’ve ever tried one, it was baked by that guy above ^

It’s been a wild ride & each year brings a new set of challenges, big decisions, failures, joys, and the sweet satisfaction of eating one of our bagels after a 16 hour Saturday shift. I think we both agree that this has been the hardest thing we’ve done in our entire lives, while simultaneously what we’re the most proud of. We’re still in disbelief every day of what we’ve built & the fact that our community continues to show up & support us every weekend. We don’t often get to slow down & reflect (especially since we’ve been doing it so long at this point). The fact that we get to be part of your routine, bring any sort of happiness whatsoever, and just simply make you breakfast is something we find so special. Food is love & this business was built on love, friendship & community. 🩷

From the deepest parts of our hearts, thank you for the continued support of blacklist!!!!!!

PSA!

Doing this sucks but I’m sure all of you will understand when we say that we’ve gotta raise our prices a little bit starting this Saturday.
Literally everything is more expensive than it’s ever been. Rent, product, labor, gas…you name it!
Breakfast sandwiches are going up a dollar and cream cheeses are going up 50 cents. Everything else will remain the same.
With that being said, the quality of what you’re getting is at an all time high. Better meats n eggs n produce n such, and as tempting as it is to switch back to some cheaper stuff that’s not what we’re gonna do.

Anyway.

This weekend we’ll be at from 8am until we sellout of stuff. We’ll also be at starting at 9am until we sellout of stuff. Yall have truly been kicking our butts this past month!

No bagel special this week cuz ur boy is tired.

Hey yall! We know it’s late but we are open Saturday 5/9 at at 8am until we sellout and at from 9am until we run out of bagels!

Ordering is live! will be here! Sweet treats are brown butter cc bar cookies & blueberry banana muffins!!! We didn’t have time this week to get pics of our bagel special cuz life is hard sometimes but we are doing a:

STEAK EGG N CHZ — $13
*Shaved Sirloin, egg, grilled onion, American cheese, special breakfast sauce (think fancy but a lil different) on a bagel of your choosing!

On a sappy note,

This past Saturday was a big deal for us. We made the most bagels we’ve ever in the 6 years we’ve been in business and you guys sold us out by 11 in the freaking morning.
Reminiscing on all the years we’ve been making bagels and figuring everything out in this weird post-pandemic/current sh*t-show of a world made us kind of emotional. Or maybe it was the lack of sleep.

Either way, it is not lost on us how easily you could not buy our bagels, but do it anyway.
