Preorders for chef shack are open & close Friday at 5pm. It’s looking like it will be a beyond gorgeous day, so we can’t wait to spend it with y’all 🧡🍂

Happy Thursday!

Sadly, we will NOT be at the Fulton Street Market this Saturday! Sort of because of the rain (it’s not looking good), sort of because we are bare bones staffed, sort because Kev is just straight up exhausted.

BUT.
We WILL be at Chef Shack opening at *8am* and going until we sellout of goods. Our sandwich menu is huge! We’ll have all the regular menu items as well as the chipotle turkey, BLT and Italian scallion. We also have a secret stash of ramp puree we’ve been saving for the end of summer, so ramp cream cheese is back on the menu for one last time!!!

Toro Coffee will be here this weekend as well!
Come get some breakfast before hitting the Eastown Community Association Street Fair! Should be a cozy rainy morning 😏

It’s also Friendship Miles 4th birthday & they’re celebrating at Chef Shack, Wisconsin with us! Check out their page for more info about what they do & the run/walk that’s taking place that day!!!

HEY EVERYONE.

We are back at Chef Shack this Saturday from 9am until 1pm or when we sell out of goods. Life’s been crazy so we’re stoked to be back making some fresh bagel sammies for yall.

We will also be at Fulton Street Market on Saturday from 8am until we sellout. I swear that we make as many sandwiches as we physically can, so get there early to get what you want!

Toro Coffee will be with us at chef shack making some great caffeinated beverages to complete your nutritious breakfast💪🏼

WE ARE CLOSED THIS SATURDAY 8/29 AT BOTH SPOTS 💔

We’ve been in the process of moving all week & it’s been physically exhausting and emotionally draining, which has left no time for bagels this week sadly 🥲

We’ve spent 8/10 years of our relationship in this home. Survived a pandemic. Made our first bagels in our teeny tiny kitchen. Came up with the idea for our business on that front porch. To be honest, we’re deeply heartbroken. We weren’t able to leave on our own terms (our old landlord sold the house & sh*tty new ones bought it).

We’re not going far though!!! Nothing else is changing, this is just a big change for us after making this place home for so long.

Happy Thursday,

We’ll be at Chef Shack 9am-1pm & Fulton Street Market 8am-sell out this Saturday. We’ve been selling out at the market before noon so make sure you get there early!

PSA: If there is a bagel flavor that you want but we never make, please place a pre-order to get what you want! We make a limited amount of cinnamon sugar, poppy-salt, za’atar or cacio e Pepe, but I will certainly make em if they’re ordered!

Chipotle Turkey will be available at both locations for another weekend! Preorders are open & close tomorrow (Friday) at 5pm.
