It's going to be a busy weekend for us but we love being busy!!!!!!
We will be at our favorite place Hood County Farmers Market .... Go see my hubby there and he'll get all your food goodies for you!!!
This Saturday is shaping up to be a fantastic day at the Hood County Farmers Market!
When we first opened our "doors" back in November of 2022, we had no idea what the future would hold. We started as a small group of vendors with a big dream: creating a place where local farmers, food producers, and artisans could connect directly with our community. Fast forward 3½ years, and we're regularly welcoming more than 25 incredible vendors each week. We never imagined we'd find a permanent home beneath the beautiful pecan trees at our location on Waters Edge, but we're so grateful for the space we've been given to grow.
This week's market is packed with local goodness! Stock up on fresh produce from Cherokee Lakes Farm, grab locally raised meats from CbarM83 Ranch, pick up fresh mushrooms from Dryad Grove Mushroom Farm, browse handmade soaps, candles, delicious caramels, woodworking, dog treats, fishing lures, baked goods, jams, microgreens, and so much more. Vendor favorites like 4S Bakery, Brick and Butter MC, Flippin Sourdough, Magical Bites Bakery, Plantation Naturals, Hall's Microgreens, Josefina's Tamales, Messy Mama's, Castles Creations, and many others will be joining us.
The best part? The forecast is looking dry! After the weather we've dealt with lately, we'll gladly take a sunny Saturday. Come hungry because we'll have delicious food options, including Sanjha Indian Cuisine and Josefina's Tamales, plus Messy Mama's serving up drinks and snacks to keep you refreshed.
