Look at these mini, 4" pies!!

They may be small but they are mighty with fresh fruit & flavor!

This order is made with King Arthur's Gluten-Free Flour. That's right, these pies are gluten-friendly and taste amazing!

To note: I do make cobblers/crisps and regular pies as minis. I do require a minimum of 4 pies to be ordered while making minis. They are the perfect serving size!

Whew... This gluten-friendly pie took a little time & patience!!

This is my gluten-friendly, Very Berry Pie. The filling is a combination of fresh strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, and a hint of fresh lemon peel.

If you have ever worked with gluten-free flour or specifically, gluten-free pie crust, the dough likes to crumble and fall apart!

I love challenges and learning while baking. I found that by rolling out and freezing the dough (frozen solid) I can cutout sections without too much hassle. Now I can practice making designs and unique pies for my customers!

*No additional fee for double Crust, Lattice Top when not including the Cinnamon Pecan Streusel.

Important Notes:

While I do use King Arthur's Gluten-Free Flour, I cannot claim that this product is 100% gluten- free due to the regular flour that I is in my kitchen (that contains gluten). I use great care to prevent regular flour from entering gluten-friendly products however, it is not guaranteed.

Made with fresh blueberry, blackberry, and strawberry on a buttery & flakey crust.
