Hello friends! Just a reminder on Farmers Market dates. I will not be at the Gloversville Farmers Market this Saturday, June 20th.

The Gluten Free Biscottini lineup for this Saturday at the Gloversville Farmers Market will include the following:

•Almond Joy
•Butter Pecan
•Dark Choc Chunk Pistachio
•Lemon plain and w/whole almonds
•Orange Zest Cranberry w/white chocolate

Please note: I use King Arthur Gluten Free 1:1 Flour. It is a rice based flour. I have a designated space and use separate baking sheets, utensils, et al and practice safe handling to create a gluten free product that you will trust as much as you find it to be delicious!
