I took some special classes in 1986 and graduated with cake decorating diploma. I completed several Wilton cake decorating classes. to improved my skill using fondant and gumpaste. I love a challenge to make all different shapes from fondant, such as Pirate boat, Adirondack chair ,flowers, slot machine,...etc
