We’re looking for a skilled and dependable baker to join our team! This role focuses on daily production of laminated pastries, breads, and baked goods in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

* Prepare and bake croissants, danish, cookies, and other pastries from scratch
* Assist with dough production, shaping, proofing, and baking
* Follow recipes and production schedules consistently and efficiently
* Work collaboratively with the baking team to ensure quality and consistency

Qualifications

* Experience working in a bakery is preferred, but not required
* Passion for artisan baking and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and consistent
* Comfortable with early morning shifts and physical work
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule

* Early morning shifts required
* Tuesday - Saturday set schedule

This is a great position for someone who enjoys hands-on baking, thrives in a production environment, and takes pride in creating high-quality pastries and baked goods every day.
