Employee of the Month & Sales MVP

We’d like to officially congratulate Colin Reed on receiving this month’s Employee of the Month and Sales MVP awards. 🏆

While I’m in the kitchen covered in flour, Colin is out making Kiki’s Crumb Co. happen. He’s the one making our wholesale deliveries, creating invoices, setting up and selling at farmers markets, and—most importantly—talking to customers.

If you’ve ever stopped by our booth, you’ve probably met him. He’s the guy who somehow convinces you that you came for one loaf but definitely need bagels, cookies, and another loaf too. 😆

In all seriousness, Kiki’s Crumb Co. wouldn’t be where it is today without everything he does behind the scenes and out in the community. He’s my favorite business partner, biggest supporter, and the best salesman I could ask for.

Congratulations, Colin! Your prize is unlimited bragging rights… and maybe an extra bagel. 🥯

There was a time when baking 12 bagels felt like a lot… today it was 72. 🥹❤️
Every order, every customer, every share has helped us grow, and I truly can’t thank you enough for believing in Kiki’s Crumb Co.

Tomorrow, we get to do it all over again with another large wholesale bake. It’s exhausting, exciting, and something I’m incredibly grateful for.
