A little behind-the-scenes look at sourdough baking. 🥖

These beautiful loaves will bulk ferment for the next 8–12 hours before being cold proofed overnight and shaped then baked fresh for Sunday’s market.

For all of our new followers, I wanted to share a little about what you'll find at Kiki's Crumb Co. 👋

I've recently been asked about making some of the viral baked goods that have been making the rounds on social media. While some of them look fun, many require artificial dyes, decorations, or ingredients that don't align with the way I choose to bake.

When I choose ingredients, I think about what I would serve to my own family. I avoid artificial dyes whenever possible, along with unnecessary preservatives, additives, and ingredients that don't serve a purpose in homemade baking.

My philosophy is simple: if it's not something I'd feel good about feeding my family, I'm not going to ask you to feed it to yours.

Whether it's sourdough bread, bagels, or cookies, everything is made from scratch with simple ingredients and a whole lot of care.

BIG NEWS! 🎉

Kiki’s Crumb Co. is now officially licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health as a wholesale food processor and distributor!

This has been months of paperwork, planning, inspections, and preparation, and I’m incredibly excited to take the next step in growing my business.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my little bakery along the way. From my first bagels to now being able to offer wholesale products throughout Massachusetts, your support has made this possible.

Funny enough, bagels are what started this whole business.

A few years ago I decided I wanted homemade bagels for Christmas morning, so I taught myself how to make them from scratch. I kept making them over and over until family and friends started asking for their own… and eventually Kiki’s Crumb Co. was born.
