Home Like Jenny Home decluttering guidance and support — at your own pace. I help midlife women who are ready for a calmer, lighter season at home and in life.

Grab a cup of coffee — let’s talk clutter. ☕🤍 As a busy woman myself, I know first hand how it feels to lose control of your home. Nothing feels worse than coming home to a cluttered house after a long day of juggling all your other responsibilities. It can be overwhelming, stressful, and even paralyzing. Women have a lot on their plate, and deserve to have a calm, restful place they love to come home to. My goal at AZ OrganizeHER, is to help you regain control of your home and possessions by sorting, decluttering, and creating homes for the things you love. Are you ready to love where you live?

Attention, midlife ladies with clutter! 👀

If you’re not feeling productive or energetic, try saying this affirmation:

“I will be productive and energetic all day.”

Sounds silly, but it can be surprisingly effective. Here’s why:

When we’re tired, overwhelmed, or low on energy, it’s easy to be unproductive and put things off:

• Put things down instead of putting them away
• Postpone decisions
• Leave small tasks unfinished
• Sit down to scroll and fall into a social media rabbit hole

Sound familiar?

Before you know it, those little things have piled up. Clutter thrives on “I’ll deal with it later.”

That’s why I love using affirmations with my clients—not because simply saying something magically makes it true, but because the words we repeat can help shape what we focus on and how we approach our day—even if they’re not true yet.

Affirmations can be a simple reminder to take action when you can:

• Put it away
• Make the decision
• Finish the small task
• Take something out of the house
• Stop the scroll and do one thing—we all need that reminder, myself included.

What you tell yourself can influence what you notice, what you focus on, and what you choose to do next.

Do you believe in the power of affirmations?

Sometimes the hardest part of letting go isn’t the stuff—it’s the guilt attached to it.

That guilt can keep you holding onto things you no longer use, need, or even want—keeping you stuck with clutter that’s ready to go.

You’re allowed to let go and move forward. 🤍

Waiting until you feel motivated to declutter your home is a great way to stay stuck.

Because motivation is unpredictable.

Momentum, on the other hand, is something you can create.

And you don’t build it by tackling the biggest, hardest thing on your list.

You build it by starting small.

Pick one drawer.
Clear one surface.
Make one decision.
Put away five things.

Small actions might not feel like much in the moment, but they create movement.

And movement makes the next step feel a little easier.

You don’t need to overhaul your whole home to make progress. Start with something small enough that you can actually finish.

Then do the next thing.

That’s how momentum builds—and progress happens. 🤍

When you’re drowning in clutter, asking yourself “Do I love this?” isn’t always the most helpful question.

If you’re someone who loves ALL your things, that question probably isn’t going to help you make much progress. After all, loving everything is part of how you ended up with so much to manage in the first place.

Try asking yourself these instead:

Do I use it?
Does this fit my life right now?
Does this help with how I want my home to feel?

The truth is, you can love something and still recognize that you don’t use it, it doesn’t fit your life right now, and it isn’t contributing to how you want your home to feel.

It may be hard to release things you love, but so is living with more than you have the space, time, or energy to manage.

What if decluttering made room for more than just space?

Want a tidier home? Start with what you bring into it. 👀

These 5 habits may seem harmless, but they can quietly keep your home feeling full.

Which one are you saying goodbye to? 👋

"Excuse me, ma’am, your home is full." 😂Is your home saying this to you? If so, it’s time to make some room. 🤍

I've always said:

If you struggle to vacuum because you can't see the floor, you may need an organizer instead of a cleaner. 😂

If you've ever cleaned and felt like not much changed, it's probably because of the clutter.

Sometimes, you need to tackle the STUFF first to make the biggest impact. ❤️

Your home isn’t going to declutter itself.

Results require routine.

If you want lasting results, you need consistency.

Small actions. Simple routines. Repeated often.

Following routines is what creates progress and lasting success in how your home looks, feels, and functions.

What if you stopped managing all the stuff… and started curating your life?

Keep what you love.
Keep what matters.
