Grove Street Market.
We remain committed to our Saturday morning bagel initiatives (Alachua County Farmer's Market) and look forward to returning to our friends at Grove Street Market in September.

I’m already taking care of you, and rest assured I am always paying attention. BagelCorp uses a blend of Artisan and High Gluten King Arthur flours. Never bleached. Never bromated. I drive to Daytona for flour. A schlep, but I take seriously stewardship of ingredients. And the flavor difference is night and day.

Bromated flour, which makes breads and crusts stretchy and springy (and cheap), is among the carcinogens forbidden in pending state legislation.
