I call him my right-hand-bakers- man. Somedays he is the jokester, somedays the sergeant, sometimes he is a plumber and every role a bakery can have. Mr. Billy has been holding the mixers down for 4 years and we are better for it!

When we first opened it was just me and my mama, and one other cake decorator friend that agreed to help me get going for very minimal pay. It was the craziest leap of faith I'd ever made. I couldn't get approved for a loan from any bank, no major savings, no grant, no start up capital, no rich uncle to invest in my dreams. I had my faith, and will to survive. We boot strapped this thing from the bottom and each year we have witnessed amazing growth. Many talented people have come through to work here for a season and I do believe they left better than they came. For that I am grateful and for every customer, every lesson we've learned.
