Well hey there Gluten Free Family, it's been some time since I have been on here. I had to put a few things on hold due to life haha. I was playing with an idea and would love to get some feedback from you all...What interest do you all have in a monthly pop-up? Basically I would have specific items available for individual sale or bundles, I post the week before where that location would be, and what day, and then items are for sale until I'm out. Is there a lot of interest in that? Let me know!!

This weekend was full of baking, and I might have two new favourites. Never thought cinnamon rolls would be a favourite, but there was just something so satisfying about seeing these turn out after so many failed attempts. They were perfect, delicious, and I couldn’t be happier!

I know it’s not a baked good, but this is one of my favourite, quick and easy meals to make. Just a creamy Parmesan sauce, shrimp, and a gluten free pasta. Never gets old, it’s so simple, and ready in less than 20 minutes.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup inspired cake. I don’t typically do iced cakes, icing a cake is not a strength I have. This is for a friends birthday. 4 layer joconde sponge, Peanut Butter buttercream frosting, chocolate mousse filling, and some leftover mousse to add some texture. All gluten free, all delicious, creamy, and smoothe. Looking forward to sharing this with her.

A new year, a new us. Brie and Olive is rebranding. After having to step away from event planning due to taking on a full time job that did not allow me to commit the time and resources I would need to plan things well, I am moving Brie and Olive in another direction.
