It's been some time since I have done a brief about Brie & Olive.
I started this bakery after living 10+ years eating gluten free and having been diagnosed with Celiac. I had always loved to bake prior to that diet change, but found the idea of GF baking to be very daunting when I first made the change. After years of having terrible pre-packaged options, I decided to take the leap and found that my instincts and experience baking helped a lot in my GF baking journey. After several years of baking and giving goods as gifts to friends and co-workers, I was encouraged by many to pursue this as a career. So January 2022 I began Brie & Olive Baking.
Every recipe is cultivated through hours of research, multiple bakes and tweaks, and nothing but the best ingredients. I put in days, and weeks, and sometimes months, into perfecting every recipe to provide the best product before offering something up for purchase.
I am so grateful to every person who has purchased baked goods, encouraged me, supported me, and reviewed this page. Being able to do this even part time would not be possible without any of you. This will continue to be a part time pursuit through 2023, but we'll see what next year has in store as it comes.
