My name is Vinny. Welcome to our home bakery. Sourdough baked goods out of our home and sold at our bake stand.

I started providing sourdough baked goods to Help raise money for college. My parents have continued to bake, when I’m away from home.

Just north of Metcalf on west side of road at 6077 Lakeshore rd …. Our sourdough stand is open with items using all organic, majority locally sourced ingredients

All baked goods are sourdough based and even sweet items mostly sweetened with honey, maple syrup ot jaggery root

New pancake mixes available…

Also essential oil bug spray available, vanilla paste and extract upon request

Good morning ! 😃. What a beautiful season. Thank you for all your support! Going forward we will have new hours, with vinny going back to school 😞
I will be trying to handle the majority of the work…thankfully Tony has been a huge help and encouragement

Monday closed
Tuesday closed (orders for pick up due by 1:00 )
Wednesday orders only pick up(new orders by 1:00)
Thursday. Orders only pick up
Friday Stand open 10- till dark
Saturday. Stand open. 10-till dark
Sunday Closed with random open days

Also from now till Dec. all payments profit through Venmo will cover our efforts to support the families in community needing help this holiday season too

One of our customers that started with us asked us to make an Olive loaf… similar to a muffuletta

We have been working on it and this weekend gave them the first loaf we felt was worth

She sent us this video (and gave us permission to use it)

Ahhhh
Home ! We had such an amazing time, very relaxing. But I am so glad to be home and Vinny and I have been working on the starter getting it rolling. We’ve had a couple of orders where we fulfilled them already that they turned out beautiful, so stand will be open starting tomorrow and won’t close again until Labor Day weekend.

This will not be in the stand until I get it right, but I’m working on a croissant loaf and flavor is beautiful density. I need to work on, but I can’t wait to share that with you.
