Here’s Lavender to walk us through our sourdough bread! 🍞
As a lead baker, she’s the perfect person to break it down. We’re talking a 10 year old starter that’s been alive since the Florence Pie Bar first opened, a 24 hour fermentation, and a blend of King Arthur bread flour and whole wheat that gives every loaf a little extra depth. The result is a tangy, chewy crumb that was made for soaking up a bowl of soup.
Good bread takes time, and this one is worth it! 🤩

Calling all vegans!! 🌱
We see you, we appreciate you, and we know our menu hasn’t always had the biggest selection of vegan options. Butter and cream are kind of our thing over here, after all.

That said, these vegan chocolate olive oil mini muffins are something special.. rich, super moist, and loaded with mini chocolate chips. Pair one with a bowl of soup, some sourdough, and an oat milk latte for the perfect dairy-free lunch.

We may be an all-butter crust bakery, but we still want everyone to have something delicious waiting for them here 🤎

Summer drinks have arrived at the Florence Pie Bar!! 🍵🌿

Strawberry Rhubarb Matcha
Our matcha latte paired with strawberry rhubarb cordial (hot or iced)

Lavender Latte
Made from loose-leaf lavender petals (hot or iced)

Iced Double Piccolo
Double shot espresso with 4oz of milk, for when you can’t decide between an iced espresso or an iced latte

Jasmine Lime
Floral limeade brewed with jasmine tea and a touch of coconut cream (16 or 24oz)

Americola
Espresso, cola, touch of vanilla. Unexpected and very delicious

Honeydew Soda
Fresh honeydew, sparkling water, light coconut cream

Thai Iced Tea
Strong, smoky-sweet, topped with half and half (can be made dairy-free,16 or 24oz)
