Meet Rae ✨

Rae has been part of the Pie Bar crew since September 2025. Her Pie Bar favorites are an ongoing debate: salted chocolate pie or focaccia, americola or dirty chai.. an understandable impasse tbh.

Outside of work, Rae is a songwriter and guitarist who has been releasing music since she was 16. Her music taste ranges from the Replacements and David Bowie to Rilo Kiley and Blink-182. She loves basketball (go Knicks), hiking, and spending time with partner Abby, who some of you may recognize from Familiars! This fall she’s heading to Simmons to pursue her MLIS.

Rae has collected a rock from every one of Connecticut’s 169 towns. We think that’s pretty iconic!

We’re so glad to have Rae on our team! 💛

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie is back, and while it takes a lot of work to process all those berries, the sweet-tart filling is worth every minute. We’re happy to have this seasonal favorite back on the menu!! ✨
