Most of our breads do not use commercial yeast, because we prefer the flavor provided by natural starters and a long fermentation. Hi everyone! This is a reminder to pick up your preordered pies and rolls on Wednesday. We’ll be open from 7am until 4pm. We will have extra pumpkin, apple, and pecan pies and rolls if you haven’t preordered but we will have a limited number to offer. Due to the large number of orders we already have, we cannot hold items on Wednesday. It will be first come, first served. See you on Wednesday!
