indulgent menu, On the Run offers customizable baked products tailored to low-carb, low-sugar diets. 34.2 million Americans, just over 1 in 10, have diabetes. 88 million American adults, approximately 1 in 3, have prediabetes. ✨ Calling All Editors & Formatting Wizards ✨

I’m currently working on my newest book, Sky High Sweets: No Crash, Just Crave, and I’m looking for a little extra help bringing it across the finish line.

I’m hoping to connect with someone who enjoys editing and/or formatting and would be willing to help in exchange for a signed copy of the book (and my endless gratitude 🖤).

WE’RE BACK. 🖤

January showed up, the oven’s warm again, and On the Run is officially back in motion!

December was quiet on purpose — a reset, a pause, a chance to breathe and be home. And now? We’re ready to bake, create, and show up again.

Same scratch-made goodness.
Same no-shortcuts, no-BS approach.

Just rested hands and full hearts heading into the new year.

Thank you for sticking around, checking in, and waiting patiently.

We’re excited for what’s coming — and grateful to be back at it.

This isn’t the easiest post to write, but it’s an honest one.
After a long, intense stretch — balancing baking, kids, school meetings, life changes, and just… everything — I’ve realized I need to step back for a moment.

So On the Run will be taking a pause for the month of December.

I pour so much of myself into this little bakery, and right now my cup is running pretty low. I want my baking to come from a place of joy, not exhaustion. I want to be fully present for my kids, and I want to find my own breath again.

This isn’t goodbye — it’s just a reset.
A chance to rest my hands, regroup my heart, and come back when I’m ready, not rushing or stretching myself thin.

Thank you, truly, for every order, every kind word, every bit of support you’ve given me. It means more than you know.

I’ll be back — with warmth, with creativity, and with the kind of energy that makes this little business shine.
For now, I’m letting myself slow down.
