after about 1 1/2 years of running my own home bakery, I decided to close Bootleg Bakery and not take any new orders.

This started as a way to practice my skills and try out new recipes without burning through money, but I ended up connecting a lot more with the community and business side of Evergreen than I imagined. I’m so grateful to everyone who supported me through ordering, or posting, or even just mentioning the business at all!! it was a little incredible to see my work at weddings, birthday parties, etc.

Now that I’m moving on to other things, career- and personal-wise, I wanted to make a post marking the end of Bootleg Bakery LLC and the beginning of something new! Thank you for all the love 🤍🤍

halloween special cupcakes for a work party!

- Rasp-BOO-ry Vanilla: vanilla cake, raspberry jam filling, whipped vanilla frosting and a spooky marshmallow 👻

- Spooky Oreo: chocolate cake with an oreo surprise at the bottom, chocolate frosting and another oreo on top 🎃

- Dirt n Worms: dark chocolate cake, chocolate pudding filling, whipped chocolate frosting, rolled in crushed oreos with a chocolate tombstone and gummy worm on top 🪦

these were so fun to make and delicious!! happy halloween!!! 🧡

caramel chocolate latte cupcakes 🍫☕️

these have an espresso flavored cake, whipped vanilla frosting, then are topped with caramel drizzle, shaved chocolate, and a soft caramel candy!

the coffee flavor is strong, with the rest not being overly sweet 🤎

another fall treat! buttermilk waffle cupcake with a super maple-y buttercream, with chopped pieces of crispy bacon candied in brown sugar and maple syrup 🤎

caramel apple cheesecake 🍏

fall just around the corner, something with a little bit of that warm spiced feel. cinnamon graham cracker crust with an apple pie filling inside the cheesecake, topped with soft sliced apples and caramel 🤎

a small sangria cake

light red wine cake layers with a red wine simple syrup and frosting. there’s little bits of red wine in every part of this cake! in between the layers is a mix of raspberries, blackberries, tart cherries, oranges, and strawberries! topped off with more fresh fruit and sprigs of mint!

i’ve been wanting to test something with sangria all summer, so happy to finally get the chance!!
