Itā€™s been a busy day in the standā€¦.thank you SO SO much!!!

Croutons ā—ļø Italian Garlic & Onion Garlic & Herb These are made with cheddar loaves & wheat bread. Tomorrow Iā€™ll have some with a little spice to them šŸ˜‰

Iā€™m working on more Artisan loaves & another snack item. Iā€™ll add muffins & cookies some time in the night or tomorrow morning & scones will follow.

The motion lights will be on & it is awesome weather out there so the windows are open giving a good cross breeze šŸ˜Š

I have bagels on the list & cinnamon rolls ā€¦..let me know if thereā€™s anything else!!

I watch a lot of Farmstand influencers on TikTok & I admire them. They sell thousands of dollars of baked goods a week & that is amazing. I have to wonder if in all of the busy & keeping up if they donā€™t lose their joy sometimes. I have a new space to fill & I am not filling it up as fast as I want to & the anxiety creeps up ā€¦..and then I pull the bread from the oven & the smell envelopes everythingā€¦.I look at each loaf ā€¦..I see the beauty in each one, I take a photo, I admire the difference of two loaves made at the same time with the same ingredients yet look so differentā€¦.and that amazes me. I could be busier, I could be more organized but I never want to lose the joy in these moments & the hope that when you come to the stand & then when you get to enjoy the baked itemā€¦.that my moment extends to your moment. ā™„ļø

Thank you to everyone who stopped by today! The lights are on (motion activated) & Iā€™ll be up early baking & filling up the stand. I am going to get some work (my real job šŸ˜‰) in & then head to bed. I donā€™t know about you all but I did not sleep much last night with the storms!

This weekend is not looking weather friendly & I so hope they are wrong! BUT as a reminder we have the Evanston Farmerā€™s Market on Friday starting at 3pm!

Alsoā€¦.I had a couple people over the weekend who wanted the map to more stands in Indiana. I wanted to post the link again to where you can find their page & the website is on there!

We are open! Iā€™ll be organizing the mixes in displays & restocking items throughout the week plus adding more shelf stable items šŸ˜

We have the Evanston Farmerā€™s Market on Friday evening & the 4H farmers market Saturday morning. Hoping for good weather for both!

I wanted to plan a grand reopening event since we have the building but looking out at datesā€¦..itā€™s a busy summer. Maybe we will plan that for when I actually get the inside done ā€¦.if ever šŸ˜‰
