Our Springfield Sunday Farmers Market starts in just a few weeks! Are you hyped?

Starting June 7th, we are thrilled to be serving more of Lane County than ever before with a fresh, new market in Springfield.

WHO: 40+ farms and food artisans that you know and love (plus some new faces!)
WHEN: Every Sunday (June - October) from 9AM - 2PM
WHERE: Springfield Public Library Parking Lot (225 Fifth Street) in Springfield, OR

We're at the Farmers Market!! 😁👨‍🌾Inside the pavilion, we're here til 2pm! We got loaves, cinnamon rolls, cookies, bagels and brownies. And cant forget the delicious apple pastries! I homemake the apple jam that goes in them! Come get one 😋

It's finally strawberry season! This Saturday (5/2), learn how to make your own local strawberry jam from Micheil Peck-Book of Cook-Book's Bakin' ! 🍓🫙

This In Season cooking demo starts at 11AM and 12PM inside the Pavilion, and is FREE to attend!

About the chef:
"My name is Micheil Peck-Book and I am the owner of Cook-Book's Bakin'. It is a Eugene local cottage bakery making sourdough breads and baked goods. I officially opened my bakery in 2025 but have spent the last 2 years developing my craft. I have been cooking since a very young age and I would love to share all my knowledge of cooking and baking with others as well as gain all the knowledge I can. Baking sourdough can seem like a hard process but it just teaches you to be patient, learn with me and I will show you how easy it can be! This is the first year ill be selling my goods at the farmers market. I hope to see you all there!"

Made some rosey cupcakes this weekend! 🧁 I'll be doing a demo at the Farmers Market this next Saturday, May 2nd. First demo starts at 11am, next one starts at 12pm! Ill be showing everyone how to make strawberry jam and pairing it with a freshly baked sourdough. 🍞🍓😋 Come see us!
