Summer is right around the corner, and spots are officially open for Jamie Cakes Summer Baking Camps. 👩🏼‍🍳

Designed for both junior and teen bakers, these interactive classes give children the chance to learn real baking techniques in a fun, structured environment. Each 3-hour session includes guided instruction, creativity, and time to complete their recipes from start to finish.

Every child leaves with the treats they create, plus skills and confidence they can use at home.

$95 per child

Cake Baking Day with Junior Bakers 👩🏽‍🍳🍰✨

Yesterday was all about exploring how different cake styles bake differently and keeping the decorating simple so the cakes could really shine!

They made a rich chocolate chiffon cake baked in a Bundt shape, and a bright lemon pound cake in a 6-inch round 🍫🍋

For the lemon cake, we added a fun twist, using clear acetate to create a clean, “baked-but-beautiful” look that highlights the natural finish of the cake

Less decorating, more understanding. That’s how we build strong bakers

So proud of these junior bakers for diving into new techniques and trusting the process! They did an amazing job!

Cookie Camp = SUCCESS! 🍪💥

Kids ages 8–12 baked 3 cookie types in just 4 hours: shortbread, monster, and Mexican wedding cookies 😋

Each baker learned A LOT about cookies, baked them, and got to take their creations home 🏠
