Rain or shine, we'll be at the Poplar Head Farmers Market this Saturday! ☀️🌧️

We'll have all your favorite sourdough loaves, plus a limited batch of our Grillo's Dill Pickle loaf and our Mediterranean-inspired Sun-Dried Tomato, Green Olive & Kalamata Olive loaf.

We're also bringing baggies of our sourdough starter so you can take a little piece of Păsăre Mică home. Think you've got what it takes to keep our starter, McKenzie, alive? 🍞😏

Farmers market season won't last forever... but we're hoping to keep the sourdough coming year-round.
We're kicking around the idea of a Pasăre Mică Bread Club. Fresh sourdough delivered to your door or available for pickup each week, without having to remember to place an order or worry about us selling out before you get there.
If enough people are interested, members would receive their favorite loaves regularly, enjoy a little savings compared to buying individual loaves, and help us keep baking for Houston County long after market season ends.

💛 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out today and supported us by picking up a loaf of sourdough or one of our spice blends! We are beyond grateful for every single one of you and the opportunity to share something we love with our community.

Today was our largest bake yet — we showed up with 83 loaves and ended the day with only 5 left! A few found their way to some friends, and the rest were donated to our local fire department. ❤️

Seeing our bread and seasonings become part of your meals, memories, and homes means more than we can put into words. We truly couldn’t do this without your support, encouragement, and love for what we create.

Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. We can’t wait to keep baking for you all! 🥖✨

Your favorite sourdough flavors are back in both our classic artisan rounds and our new sandwich-style loaves. Perfect for toast, sandwiches, and everything in between.
And good news... we baked 80+ loaves, so hopefully nobody has to hear "sorry, we're sold out" this week. 😅

Shout out to all the customers we delivered to today, you're the reason why we're okay witb pulling these types of nights, we love knowing we're basically at your dinner table when you slice into a loaf of our bread.
