So I have had some great responses from my product testers regarding my Pumpkin Spice Pound Cake.

Due to this - I am going to attempt to do some preorders for the rest of the month of September.

With that in mind, I won’t be able to do a preorder for everyone as I am just one Doughy Dad. But I will do my best to provide as many as I can. So here is the plan:

- I will be taking 4 preorders per week to be distributed throughout the month of October. (4 for the week of the 1st-5th, 4 for 6th-12th and so on). This means there will be a total of 20 pre orders.

- If a week is full, your preorder will have to be moved to a week that isn’t full until all spots are filled.

- I will be doing full cakes only with the glaze. If you would prefer the glaze to not have the cinnamon, please let me know. Otherwise - it will be as pictured below.

- If this works and y’all like to try different seasonal items - then I will work on additional recipes to do preorders for each month. Items like Pecan Pie Pound Cake for November or Soft Gingerbread Cookies for December.

The price for one of these pound cakes is $50.

Well it won’t win any beauty contests and honestly, they might be a tad underdone in the middle which is making the cake a wee bit…..wonky.

But it sure tastes great and the homemade icing is delicious!!!

My first attempt at a possible new addition to my menu….a Gluten Free Carrot Cake with homemade Cream Cheese Icing.

Who wants a slice?!
