Always fun taking a recipe i grew up with and turning it in to something a bit more familiar to most people

Welcome to the family BIBINGKA SCONE

Using a mix of rice flour, all purpose flour, sugar, coconut milk.

One gets mixed with cheddar cheese, then a scoop of cream cheese and finished with sugar and a salted egg.

The other gets fresh blueberries, sugar and a blueberry coconut glaze.

Both are baked on banana leaves. Available daily
